    Requirements: 

    • Previous outside sales experience in a wire/cable manufacturing environment;
    • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays within the US as well as attendance at trade shows; valid driver's license and good driving record.
    • Professional selling and presentation skills a must. Job Responsibilities 
    • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts.
    • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via but not limited to cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
    • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
    • Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
    • Develop a customer management plan by area to maximize time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with service and parts support and by responding to customer concerns or requests.
    • Utilize online CRM to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
    • Discuss sales activities with management.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience
    • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
    • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
    • Motivated by commission based pay structure

The Shipping Clerk pack and ships finished goods, ensuring proper customer quality and delivery requirements are met.

    Qualified candidates will have:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent work history
    • Manufacturing experience a plus
    • Reasoning skills and a strong attention to detail
    • Strong documentation skills
    • Available to work 1st shift M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm, however this could be fluid depending on customer demands; ability to work overtime as needed.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Position Purpose and Objective

    The primary function of this position is to ensure outgoing product quality.  This includes reviewing both product and documentation to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met.  This is accomplished through interaction with multiple internal departments, as well as suppliers, customers, and source inspectors.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensures outgoing shipments meet all customer requirements, including product, shipping, and documentation
    • Ensures product in the shipping area is shipped according to customer delivery date requirements
    • Schedules and interfaces with customer and government source inspectors, as applicable
    • Interfaces with various customer portals to schedule and/or record shipments
    • Interfaces with transportation providers, on the customer’s and company’s behalf
    • Ability to analyze and resolve customer purchase order or documentation issues

    Vermillion Incorporated, a leader in interconnect cable solutions for the military and aerospace industries, is hiring for the following position: Source Inspection Administrator. This position will perform first article inspections, review customer drawings, generate job packets for conformity inspection.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Qualified candidates will have: high school diploma or equivalent, excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.

    Prior FAA conformity and 8130-9 experience is preferred.

    Shift is 7am - 3:30pm, M-F. Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed.

    • Perform first article inspections in assigned area
    • Review and approve Vermillion-generated production documentation to customer drawings, parts lists in assigned area
    • Generating job packets for conformity inspection, including but not limited to gathering material certificates, calibration records, training records, and engineering packets
    • Direct contact between Vermillion inspectors, customer source inspectors, and government inspectors, including both FAA and DCMA inspectors
    • Perform all duties in accordance with Vermillion Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications
