Employee Training
For years now, we've been certified to ISO 9001 standards and our Total Quality Management standards are taught to all employees from "Day One".
Extensive internal training classes are a part of every employee's introduction to Vermillion. Some of these classes include Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Quality Management (TQM), Strip & Crimp, Soldering, Team Building and safety.
We also provide external training in courses conducted by such organizations as the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) and the American Management Association.
