VERMALLOY®
Vermillion’s proprietary shielding VERMALLOY® is recognized as the most effective and secure voice shielding material available. VERMALLOY® is specified on numerous military programs, such as various Special Mission Aircraft, the Presidential Fleet of aircraft, as well as both Army and Navy applications.
Vermillion has worked with military aircraft integrators of Special
Operations Aircraft to develop the most effective secure voice and data
shielding system available to the industry. That is why VERMALLOY® is
specified on submarines for secure data transmission and Blackhawk
helicopters for secure voice. Whether you need shielding
against outside data interference (to avoid accidental firing of
a missile) or secure voice on the Presidential Fleet of aircraft, VERMALLOY® is your answer.
Utilizing VERMALLOY®, we have also developed cable designs which provide excellent EMI protection.
Since VERMALLOY® is a magnetic material, it provides protection against magnetic pulses, such as cables being in close proximity to DC motors.

Guaymas, Mexico
Since 2005, Vermillion’s customers have benefited from our low cost facility located in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. Like our Wichita facility, we are Certified to ISO 9001:2000 + AS9100B in Mexico. Both military and commercial aerospace programs are produced within this facility. With our experience in producing ITAR controlled programs, we have the expertise to obtain the licenses and handle all the details required for ITAR production in Mexico.
Since our facility is located 200 miles south of the Arizona border, we experience extremely low turnover in our employees, unlike those facilities located at the border. With bilingual engineers in both Wichita and Mexico, and Mexico’s strong management team, the transition of programs to Mexico is seamless to our customers.
